The Toronto Raptors made their moves early in the offseason as they tied down shooting guard DeMar DeRozan to a mega-bucks new contract.Having spent his whole NBA career with the Canadian franchise, DeRozan did not even bother to test the waters of free agency as he agreed to a five-year, $145 million deal.However, the Raptors may have done their best bit of business recently as they agreed to an extension with general manager Masai Ujiri.The Nigerian GM said: "I am grateful to the Board and Mr. Tanenbaum for the opportunity to continue our progress to build the Raptors into one of the top franchises in the NBA.
