LOS ANGELES — Three games into the 2016-17 NBA pre-season Dwane Casey is a little frustrated.Frustrated that he hasn't seen his defence come together like he knows it has to, frustrated that he hasn't been able to get the complement of guys on the court to see exactly how that is going to work and what needs to be worked on.Just frustrated in general."We are way behind defensively, way behind on both ends of the floor," Casey said following a 104-98 loss to the Los Angeles Clippers that was a lot closer than it felt most of the night.
