The Toronto Raptors announced Friday former NBA All-Star Jerry Stackhouse has been named head coach of their NBA D-League affiliate, Raptors 905.Stackhouse served as an assistant coach with the Raptors last season.He replaces Jesse Mermuys, who was named to the Los Angeles Lakers' coaching staff."We are very excited to name Jerry Stackhouse our new head coach," said Raptors 905 General Manager, Dan Tolzman.
